Title: photo upload?

when I click the options and attachments, it seems I do not have the option to attach photos

You need to use the img tags to display images in your post UNLESS you are a staff member. Staff members have the privilege of directly attaching images but they must be approved by a Global Moderator or Administrator. It is one of the perks of the job however I have yet to find a need for it and would use the tag way of adding an image because I retain the ability to remove images I no longer want displayed.

Can you direct me to a tutorial or show me where the posting pictures is ?
I'd like to post pictures with some of my forum articles , and can't decipher from what you wrote if were allowed to do that ?

First you need to put the image on a photo server like Photobucket that you can remove the pictures from should you decide you don't want them up anymore. Capture the URL and in your post you place.

[img]http://url.jpeg[/img]

Or you can paste the url into the text, select it and then hit the insert image button on the left side of the button bar and it will insert the text for you.
