It was one of those fingers in the hair day on Friday.

Do any of you like a light wind blowing through your hair?  I cannot explain it but it is nice to feel your hair move as you walk or have it moved a little by the wind.  Maybe that is another way I am just a little bit different!  It is not strange enough to be weird.  Just different.  A strong wind can make a mess of your hair though, no fun there.

My hair is down to my butt now and I'm constantly getting tangles out as a habit, it's basically like a nervous tick or out of boredom.

I have always loved having my hair played with too especially when it was very long, I find it a very sensual thing and going to the hairdressers has always been an enjoyable experience.

Now I tend not to play with my own hair as it is quite short and playing with a wig is not quite the same I find.

Forgive me for asking, but are you from the North East Rachel?

Dear Chrissy:
Oh yes, I have been nervous many times.... 
I documented my experiences  near the beginning of my very
first blog thread here on the Forums:
         The Ramblings of a Northern*Star Girl
especially when I was trying to navigate the many male and female
suitors that I encountered after I relocated to my new small town.

... also when I first came out to to the townspeople and... and the first
timeI navigated the gym ladies locker and shower room gauntlet.

I was most nervous however when I went on one of my big-city
shopping trips with several of the ladies in my gym-gals group and
for the first time I shared a hotel room with my newly found sweetie and
tooth-fairy.      Definitely I was a nervous wreck.

I wonder if weather has much to do with when and if you are more likely to have your fingers in your hair.
Maybe when it is cold weather.
