I drove up to Sturgis to the Fort Meade VA Hospital for an appointment. As I was approaching the main entrance an older gentleman said "Good afternoon, ma'am". I replied with, "It's a beautiful day, isn't it?" He said, "Yes, Ma'am! It certainly is, ma'am."

It's been a while since I've been properly ma'amed. And he ma'amed me good. Made my day!
