I already noticed that for beginners is a huge opp
For nervous dressers too
But after several outings, I kind of miss the feel of showing off full make up face lipstick etc,

When I go out I like to stop by and have a drink or a snack somewhere, with  covid precautions it is not recommended.

Yes try to go out the most as you can however take care touching walls handrails, etc.

Girl, yassssss!!
I’ve been in girl mode almost everyday since about march and I love it!!
Even without wearing my mask, I have been running errands while all girly and I find it quite liberating.
Hell, I get to practice on my make up finally ☺️

Ditto. Having mask is great for beginners and veterans alike. For beginners and for those who are being nervous outside, it is an opportunity to practice. For veterans you do not have to worry about your make-up in hot summer days.

You know, I was just thinking this. Sat on a ferry right now, so have to be face masked up. I'm wearing one of those tube type bandanas (sorry I can't think of the proper name) and I suppose it is quite feminine looking. I could totally get away with being femmed up... apart from passport control maybe :D

Going to give it a go when I'm back, and see how I get on. Might do it in a neighbouring large town that's a little more open minded.

This was a true godsend to be a newbie during COVID.  I had a start of makeup, wigs, and accessories inherited from my wife, but clothes were a big problem.  Nothing of hers fit, and my male self was always self conscious shopping in the women's departments, even when I was buying presents for my wife.  Wearing a mask I was able to go shopping in my own comfort zone.  I was able to build up my confidence, and since just about everything was on sale as things reopened- my wardrobe as well.  It's incredibly self-affirming to be called "Ma'am", and treated as one of the girls!
