How do you like your eggs cooked?

Over easy or hard boiled for me.
But I will likely eat them cooked most any way.

Omelets are good!

I have a square pan for making Japanese rolled omelettes.  They stay warm longer than conventional omelettes.

How do you like your eggs cooked?

I like my eggs "self-cracked" and already walking on their own!
(am sick of eggs gimmie "chicken" would like to think
that noisy horny Rooster is good for something!)
"But it's no use now," thought poor Alice, "to pretend be two people!

I like my Soft Boiled EGGS.... soft boiled with a runny yoke so I can dip my toast in it.

I like my Scrambled EGGS.... soft scrambled, not hard scrambled and dry.

Does anyone here prefer to eat just the egg whites (when it is possible to avoid the yolk)?

How about deviled eggs?

Dyed, hard boiled Easter eggs are fun!

Here are the answers to your questions:

NO WAY, I love the Yoke in my eggs.
When the egg is soft boiled, I like dipping my toast in the yoke.

How about deviled eggs?
My favorite!!!!  I make them all the time as appetizers for fancy dinners.

Dyed, hard boiled Easter eggs are fun!

Fun for sure, but when Easter is over, I make Deviled Eggs with them.

Poached. For 3 minutes 30 seconds. Then lightly covered with crushed rock salt, on a good quality toast. Yum!

I have not eaten a poached egg.

I wonder if the poachers get caught often.  LOL.

Probably, LOL.

Interestingly (or not, depending how much of a nerd you are), the word comes from the old French word poché, Which means "to put into a pocket". Since the yolk of the egg is surrounded by the white in a sort of pocket.

They're very nice. They're like soft boiled eggs without the natural cup of the shell. :)

Interesting, that is.

I have also not had Eggs Benedict.  You may enjoy that as it uses poached eggs.

That always makes me think of Dirk Benedict. The OG Starbuck before Katee Sackhoff. Or Face from the original A-Team. Which makes me feel kind of weird lol. I have this weird idea that it's a plate of eggs with a cigar in it, hahaha.
