So I had started my therapie as planned and everything went well, and I really felt like a huge amount of fear was taken of my back. On my second time we kept talking about my past o a while, at the end she gave me a card and told me that she just did the first "analization" and told me to go to this doctor for now and talk back to her when i went to him. Since this was my first experience with therapists I was wandering and just wanted to know what they do.
