First Therapy Session woot!

I've got my first therapy session in a little over two hours. Kinda nervous and excited at the same time.

Congratulations.  Don't feel disappointed if it seems to be a a lot of tedious digging into your childhood etc.  They all do that to get to know you at the deepest level, you might be surprised at what you learn about yourself too. I was.  Once that stage is over then you will move on to things that are going on at the moment.

@ Karen- Thanks Yeah. I was anticipating the whole childhood thing. I'm curious as to how that's gonna turn out being as I really don't recall a lot of my childhood. we shall see. lol
