I have been on hormones for two years, living full time for the last year, and this morning started having really bad testicle pain.  Anyone else experience this?
Smile, everyone will wonder what you are up to.

Can't say that I have.  Though, I was only on HRT for 13.5 months before I got SRS.

Soon after I started HRT I begane to have terrible eppisodes of testicular pains. Often it would last a few days and go away for a week or so then come back.
It got so bad that I was able to get my insurance to pay for an orchi.

I had cysts and deformities on the vas defrens (sp?) and testicals. I don't know if they were like that pre HRT or not.  I assume so.
So it is said that if you know your enemies and know yourself, you can win a hundred battles without a single loss.
If you only know yourself, but not your opponent, you may win or may lose.
If you know neither yourself nor your enemy, you will always endanger yourself.

Really insane pain (enough to make you want to vomit) could be a sign of testicular torsion.
That is an ER kind of thing.

I had a very unpleasant pain in my testicles 3 weeks after starting hrt. It was more of a dull throbbing type of a pain, but has passed now.

I had pain myself a few months after starting HRT. I started a thread about it on here in fact. It eventually went away, but it did last a few weeks.
and i know that i'm never alone
and i know that my heart is my home
Every missing piece of me
I can find in a melody

I got some pain but it wasn't severe, more a dull ache for a while. If you get severe pain get it checked as Renate and Cynthialee point out.  Just because you don't want them doesn't mean they cannot get diseased and impact on your health.
