I have it, but you have to be in really good shape to even attempt it, it's not for weight loss, it's for physically fit people to gain muscle. I'm in fairly good shape, run 3-5x a week, have 17% body fat, and lift weights 3x a week, and most of DVD's in that program kick my ass and make me sore for days. It's taken a long time to be able to do even Ab Ripper X to completion without hitting the pause button. It's definitely one of those 'get in shape' first type of deals, you could really injure yourself if you're not used to intense exercise with P90X.
