Is it not sufficient to simply hold an opinion that I don't like anything other than a vagina in my sauna or locker-room?

So you would be fine with FtM's in the women's locker-room even if they (more or less) look, act, and smell like men?  Because that will be the inevitable result of what you are proposing.

Once again, I see a continuing saga of demands for rights, but no where do I see an assumption of duties equal to or greater than those rights we demand.  If we get an equal access right that does not depend on post, pre, or non op status, what is our payback??  Obviously one of the duties is to NOT relieve ourselves on the sidewalks, but beyond that, I have to leave it to the group to think about.

Even the folks here who would limit the rights to post op only though are aware of the fact that they are not wanted in the restroom or shower space by portions of the womyn (wordsmithing drives me to puke) group.  I don't take their 'druthers personally, but I feel that adhering to those wishes as wishes only is NOT one of my duties.  Certainly, when I do cross that magic bridge of SRS myself, I will be able to approach the wishes a little closer, but----

Some duties I do feel in my life for using the correct sanitary facilities,

Be vigilant for any other person who has harmful intent
Harm no one by my intent or neglect.
Keep the accommodation in as good or better condition on my leaving as it was on my coming.
Report maintenance issues to the facility operator.
Summon aid for someone in a medical emergency
To the best of my ability, be my real self in a way that is not a "dead give away" of the inappropriate room
I will not Advertise my trans status openly and obnoxiously.

With that in mind, could the opponents at least take on themselves the duty of not panicking when they see me??  I hate having to clean up half used stomach contents.
I refuse to have a war of wits with a half armed opponent!!

Wiser now about Post Op reality!!

I guess the writer would be unable to complain if someone wanted them ejected from the locker room because they were  "too black" or "too white", for them to feel comfortable around, because of the past.
