I would need a better picture (preferably a few pictures from different angles) to make an honest assessment. From what I can see your nose looks ok, but you'd probably need jaw and chin work. The hat is covering up your forehead so I can't judge there, and I can't see whether the Adam's apple may be a problem.

Virtual FFS <- is what I first used to get a good idea of what I thought was needed for myself, and I went from there. You could take her advice on pictures: it's helpful to have a profile view and a front view at the very least, and an oblique view can also be very useful.
