I'm applying for CMSP just in general and was curious if anyone has CMSP here, and if so, how much do they cover (if at all) for transgendered services such as blood tests, Testosterone and surgeries? I know it differs state to state, but it would still give me a good estimate.

As a side note, I live in California, Placer County to be exact.

This is going to sound bad, mainly cause inflection is impossible over the internet, but I was asking people who already know and have CMSP, since they're probably the only ones that would know the answer to my question for sure.
