BORN intersex, always intersex. The intersex girls described in this article  - "children whose internal organs do not match their external genitalia" – will remain intersex for the rest of their lives and no amount of masculinizing genitoplasty to make their sex organs simulate those of boys will erase the fact of them being intersex. These surgeons are turning intersex girls into intersex  boys and if they are stating otherwise they are doing so under false pretences.
