4 months on T

Hey.  I haven't really been on here much recently.  I have been on T for a little over 4 months. 



I'm a little awkward in the video, but I have a couple questions.  One, how old would you think I am?  And two, I'm trying to figure out what to do about my hair.  I could keep letting it grow, cut the sides and back and trim the top, do a mohawk kinda thing.  I'm open to any thoughts at all.  Thanks

You look about 17-20 years old. As for the hair... I'd say let it grow out. I personally like the longer hair look, but you should cut it however you like it.

That's really cool that your family is calling you by your male name and using male pronouns.

I can't believe your growing facial hair already. I'm almost at 6 months and I'm just getting the peach fuzz, which I'm fine with. I think if I let anything grow out it might upset my family as their not use to the whole trans thing and not everyone knows.

Thanks! Normally when I tell people that I'm 21 they always say that I look so young, so I was thinking I looked a lot younger than that.  Maybe I just seem younger in person?

I might try and let it grow out.  The only thing is it starts to get to this stage where it's annoying cause it's in a middle stage.  So I tend to want to keep cutting it rather then give it the chance to grow out haha  In terms of the facial hair, I've always been really hairy.  I've always had a little bit of a mustache (which is the one bit of facial hair that I'm not fond of).  Plus my hair is really dark everywhere which is why it is more noticeable.

2nd, I better say that u should cut your hair, I like short haircut, cut the sides, let the top grow just a bit longer and the back is a bit longer than the top. So that when u have some wax on, ur hair would stand straight up n that's kinda cool. Im having a similar haircut for now.

Thanks!  I'm gonna have to give some more thought on what to do with my hair now.  It's been recommended that I let it grow and that I get it cut.  I appreciate your input

totally jealous of your eyebrows and facial hair.  I think if I had darker hair my facial hair would be more noticeable.

How tall are you? If you're shorter, that can add to people's impression that you are younger.

I'm about 5'7", at least that's what I was a few months ago.  I'm not really sure what it is, some people think I'm around my age and others think I'm so much younger.  I'm hoping after a little longer on T that I can start being seen as the right age.

You younger guys have a disadvantage at first because everyone thinks you're a kid. But you have a more natural maturity process.

Nobody thought I was a teenager when I started transition a couple of years ago, but I still shock people when they find out I'm almost fifty. Don't know how much longer THAT will last.
