so i went to my first endo apptment now mind you not my first hrt doc but first speacialist and this is what i found out. 1 the last two years of hrt might as well not have occured. and heres why spiro dose to low estrodial dose to low and taken by mouth instead of sublingualy allowing first pass threw the liver to destroy most of the dose before it could even work. please dont let this happen to you anyrate it is fixed now
