Can a skinny person put MEGA BIG BOOB IMPLANTS?

I'm very skinny as you can see and I wanna put VERY big boob implants. But I'm afraid I lack 'skin' to put big implants. In fact I don't really know the procedures. Do you think the surgeons can put a big boob implant with me even I'm very skinny?

I would say no because your will look so out of proportion a doctor would recommend against it because of mental reason. Secondly why you want huge boobs they lead to many health issues mainly back problems and they sag like much earlier and soon? is this a choice for a bg/gf or yourself and have you really thought this through because the stretch marks will be a horrible effect you cant get ride of so quickly.

For myself. My bra cup is currently B, I wanna put a C size implants. LOL @ mental reason. Of course I wont put a boobs too big that I look disproportionate but I'll put 1 as maximum big as I can reasonably but the question is, is it POSSIBLE to put that big cos am very skinny.

It's never a good idea, IMO, to use implants that are too big. Nevertheless, even in skinny people, it is possible to have such disproportionate features. To have something too big, usually people start by small implants, keep them for a few years, then gradually inflate to the indecent realm. This is to reduce stretch marks.

Boobs are mostly fat.  Skinny people are mostly devoid of fat.  Look at the highly athletic or lean women and you won't find large boobs unless they are enhanced.

The bigger the implants, the more fat needed to mask the implant.  If you could find implants that are the exact shape a natural breast would be, maybe you can do really large implants without them looking obviously enhanced.  But to the best of my knowledge no manufacturer makes implants shaped that way.

Go watch some porn and check out the skinny girls with big boobs.  That's what yours will probably look like.

The answer, and I support the complete lack of aesthetics already mentioned, is: YES you can --- BUT, not in one go FOR SURE.

You do get saline implants that are "adjustable" (inflatable within a range) and you'd have to go back for regular "top-ups" (via a valve on the side of each breast, removable once you done)

You then have to decide, once the implant's limit is reached to have this one removed and replaced with a bigger volume implant and keep repeating the procedure.
Your skin will stretch up to a point when it will get VERY thin, (too thin?) which will become your personal limit --- maybe for good.

You can't sleep even on the side anymore, never mind the tummy. It will all be hugely in the way, tend to make your back hurt, and your boobs will always be the first thing to come around the corner. But, yes you can get what you want, I say.
Furthermore being TG you will lack the width of hips to anywhere near "counter balance" big breasts and you will be clocked 10:10 --- my best guess.

Want to look like a freak show? It's all been done before.

lol that is what i thought too, C or even D is not 'Mega Big Boobs' Just look for women who have E and above implants there are some scary implants out there, when I think mega big, I think of things like this:

I am sure if you want something even if it is a bit big for your frame you will be fine, just don't go crazy like the girl in the pic i linked.

implants dont come in B, C, D sizes.....every surgeon will tell you they dont guarantee "cup" size....implants are generalized by the "fill volume"
