picking a head doctor ...

found a Counselor  who can do the HTR she has a sliding scale of 100 to 140 and suggested timeline of 3 to 6 months, does this seem a fair deal?

I'd guess that would depend upon where you live. I'm in Seattle and pay $80. But her rates did just go up to $95...
