Top surgery + costs?

I know Dr. Garramone charges like 5,900 for top surgery. How much more money would you have to save to cover the week or so stay?

Hotel is about 70+ unless you stay at a place that gives a discount if you mention his name.  It's a gay hotel, and it is about $250 a week before the discount I believe.   I am lucky enough to have priority club points to lower the cost of my room the week I will  be there next month.   The 70.00 range are not well reviewed rooms, but that was the starting price when I was looking last week.

May want to consider transportation and then any meals.  I went through Orbitz because no matter what discounts I tried to factor in, flight and car rental through orbitz was the cheapest option I could find.

It does help that I live in Florida and would probably drive there.
