Reigning Miss Universe 2010, Ximena Navarrete from Guadalajara, Mexico, makes Carrie Prejean seem like... Carrie Prejean. Ximena recently visited Guatemala to meet with transgender women who had faced discrimination in the work place and public facilites.

According to GLAAD, Ximena believes that all women should have legal protections and equal access to jobs and health care. And her trip was sponsored by PASMO, a non-profit that works to educate about safe sex and STD prevention.

This isn't the only pin on Ximena's sash when it comes to her support of the LGBT community, following in the high heels of ally Miss New York Claire Buffie whose pageant platform was gay rights.
