Aight so i know ill be gettin the name change soon and im def goin wit kal tyler...however people got me rethinkin ->-bleeped-<-.
Cal wit a c woulda made it more masculine but i didnt it wit a c (too much like calvin).
Thats the only thing that gets me sometimes, that it isnt a str8up guy name which makes it harder to pass pre t. But i pass well enough. Ive thought about making it 2 first names, kal tyler (still jus going by kal tho) bc i really like the sound of kal tyler. I even thought about dropping my las name (nichols) and jus makin my las name tyler.
Your thoughts?

Cal looks kind of, excuse my baby language, icky. XD
It might just be I'm used to reading your name around here as Kal, it looks cooler to me.
Cal Tyler looks more well-mannered/soft/professional?, Kal Tyler looks cooler. Sort of more exciting? haaa.

That's just my opinion. Whatever you feel fits, fits.

If you do drop your last name, would you be picking a new middle name, or just dropping middle names altogether? Kal Nichols looks pretty much as good as Kal Tyler, in my opinion.

I know im gonna go wit kal tyler one way or another but yea if i dropped my las name id do witout a middle name and jus be kal tyler.

Cal makes me think we're talking about kilocalories.  Kal seems fairly masculine.
Oh I'm a lucky man to count on both hands the ones I love

A blah blog

I won't comment on the names since there seam foregian to me and there might be pronoucing diffrent I dont know about..
---
I myself got a unisex name, Tony, but in my country it mainly a boy name and very few girls who got the name. it also got 2 pronoucings (wich are really confussing because my friend usunally call me by one and my famely by another one) the english verions pronoucing is unisex while the other one is diffently male, or masculine.

I think it important to deside how to spell you name. if it with K or C because people get confussed otherwise. (like my name got 7 difrent ways of spelling)
and if there pronoucing diffrent then you should also make up wich kind of pronoucing you like, and make sure you say the same pronoucing. it turned a little ->-bleeped-<-ed up because I wasnt sure about mine pronoucing, forregian cant even tell the diffrent so I didnt thought it would matter, but you get ALOT of coments how your name is pronouced, and people get confussed to hear one pronouing and another,

for me you should take what you feel best using, your probebly going to have the name the rest of you life.
after a year I found myself using one pronoucing over another wich I preferned, before that I didnt matter,
maybe you will find out as well,

Funny that you brought this up. I've been having doubts about Kameron lately. I like the way it signs on paper and just the name in general I guess cause I don't know a lot of Kamerons or Camerons for that matter. But it's still not very special (and it means crooked nose.. which I kinda have though.. moving on. I like the idea of a K name for some reason though. I hate the first letter of my birth name, it's always just been a pain in the ass for me to sign. Anyways so I was looking through K names and I came across Kaleb, which means "the devoted one." And I really like that. I thought of Caleb when I first started playing with names but brushed it off because I first thought of Caleb Nichols from The OC, not that I really expect anyone else to think that :/ Anywho first I was thinking Kameron Michael.. but then I could also do Kaleb Michael.. or maybe even Kaleb Cameron? I've got time but I'd like to have a name by the time I come out, dive right and see if it sounds right. Anyways, I dig Kal Tyler! Sounds badass.

How do you even start with picking a name?
I've discussed this with my girlfriend and friends and it's hard to imagine going by a different name. Have you guys changed your full names (first and last) or just your first? I'd definitely want to keep my family name.
I go by Gabi and I've considered changing my name to Gabriel (it's Gabrielle) for what feels like forever, but this was upon learning that my mom actually wanted to name me Gabriel whether I was male or female and my grandmother convinced her to change it to Gabrielle after I was born. But the thing is I wouldn't want to be called Gabriel and I hate the name Gabe. (No offense to anyone out there). When people read my name I tell them to pronounce it Gabriel since learning this, and when people ask I just say my parents tagged the le on for "gender distinction"- like I really care, hahaha.

i know this might not be what you're asking but i think kaleb is a great name. you would still go by kal but when you got older if you wanted a more professional name for business, there you go. and on paper i doubt anyone would question your gender with a name like kaleb. plus i think the name kaleb tyler nichols sounds really good.
