Can someone better describe this inner erectile issue?  Are we talking about the part of the clitoris under the skin?  I've read that a substantial part of the clitoris is under the skin where we can not see.  Does SRS duplicate this for us as well?

I think that this is something largely dependent on the surgeon but most take at least some of the erectile tissues from the penis and place them where they would
normally be in a genetic female. The result is a sensation that I've found is very similar to what genetic girls feel... My best g-girl friend describes it as a feeling of tightness
from her clitoris and moving back inside her body;  that's exactly how I would describe it. If you go to the Suporn  Clinic website there's a short presentation with
diagrams that explains it in more detail: http://www.supornclinic.com/restricted/SRS/Results.aspx?fn=presentation.zip

*I wonder if Progesterone helps control your appetite and or weight?  I always enjoyed food but I feel whatever I lack in libido I make up with in appetite. *

E will contribute to water retention, Progesterone will make you loose water as it opposed E.
P tends to make you more calm, if too much to the point of getting sleepy.

E will give me sweet cravings, P makes for more normal appetite for me. With a "normal" P level my chocolate consumptions is way down.

My T is *way* low (twin factories shut-down) but has no direct impact on libido.
Yet without A I get morning-wood and I just don't like that. Must be from the adrenal glands I guess trying to make up that big deficite, as SHBG is way high (the stuff that  binds hormones) 212.9 for given range 11.4 - 52.3 nmol/l
Go figure...

My endo was absolutely adamant that I did not need P.  I had been taking micronized progesterone for years.  I stopped.

I do feel O.K. but I do crave alcohol and sweets.  I worked very hard to lose weight.  It was one of the few hings I could control.  I stopped the P and soon you can place a propeller on my rear and advertise for some food manufacturer.

I have not had morning wood for several years and my low libido is even lower.

I am tempted to go back to micronized progesterone.
................

My endo tells me that e shots spike the hormones and she will not administer... so that I do them myself and it makes me feel better.    I reduce pills to correspond to injection.

I feel my endo thinks I am an old lady and this is all I will get.  She probably is correct but that is difficult for me to accept.

Maybe I should try some mirconized progesterone.   It can't hurt.  Maybe it would control my cravings.
