My friend recently gave me an underworks 998 binder for swimming, which works pretty good for me (I may have to combine it with something under like my other binder which is 983 or maybe a bad ass sports bra for a better look till I gain some arm muscle then it should look more like peck than boob lol). I was curious if anyone had tried that and a 974, their newer cotton shirt looking ones.
I've tried the V neck version 978 but didn't get good results, but it seems to be because of how the vneck is cut. I'm moving to Florida and looking at any options that allow me to wear less to be honest, and the muscle shirt version (if it works well) would be great to be able to get some sun on my upper arms too. Has anyone tried 974 and tried 998 or 978? I am curious if it is the materials that seem to make the difference in the look or if it was the cut that made the difference?
He may have a muscle top for me to try on, I didn't even think to ask him since we are the same size. I see him later today and will see what he says. I was just curious if anyone else had made the move over to the cotton outer layer tops and if the difference in binding effect was that much?
If he does I will see if I can get some pictures in it and do a comparison myself for you guys next weekend when I'm done moving and dig out the nylon outer one and the vneck cotton one and can do pics of them too.
fyi, I am smaller in the chest, like maybe a B cup. If I do get to do the pics i'll do one not binding too for comparison.
