I have seen his website, it does look pretty professional, how is the aftercare going? Are there staff that speak English there?

the nursing staff at the hospital does have limited english but I havent really had any problems....always a way to communicate.  Dr Saran does have a personal asst, Ying, and she is very fluent in english as is Dr. Saran.  Dr. Saran is an altruist and he really tries to help the trans community.....perfect bedside manner

doing very well.........you know all to well how it feels being post op.....journey complete!  sticking to the post op dilation schedule, a bit of a hassle at times.  I really enjoyed my time in Bangkok and my experiences and the new friends I've made.......very happy that I chose Dr. Saran, he really is an asset to the TG community.
