Quote from: VannaSiamese on July 24, 2011, 11:44:57 AMKeep your hopes up... My cat in the picture, Luigi, got lost for a month when we first moved to Portland. I spend hours a day for 3 weeks looking for him, posted signs, ads, rewards and anything else you could possibly imagine. Finally I gave up and assumed he had died because the city was so new to him... so I flew back to Mississippi to spend Thanksgiving with my family. I was temporarily living with some people at the time until I got established, and as soon as I got home they called me and told me my cat just walked in the house out of nowhere... after 3 weeks of missing. Cats are bizarre =)

Quote from: madirocks on July 25, 2011, 04:18:46 PMMe too! Especially now since I've read the heights of the other girls here. C'est las vis!
Quote from: Zoë Natasha on July 25, 2011, 04:22:16 PMJust a few days ago, I found that my sister had a pair of 3" wedges that fit me perfectly, boosting me to about 6'2". She's barely an inch shorter than me, and when she put them on and I had to look up at her, I just said "Oh, I have GOT to get me a pair of those!"
Quote from: Hikari on July 25, 2011, 05:41:41 PMlol, why is it that I imagine a sisterly cold war, with each side getting taller heels to remain taller than the other
Quote from: Dunkler Engel on July 25, 2011, 01:18:12 PM5'6"
Quote from: Hayley Rivka on July 26, 2011, 10:26:43 AMi'm 5'11.5", just shy of 6' and sometimes I mourn being so tall and sometimes I'm ok. The truth is I generally avoid heels because I don't wish to get the extra scrutiny that being 6'4" brings! Sometimes if I wear 5" heels I get looked at quite a bit more and then someone is then focusing on my details. I'm not certain I want anyone taking such a close look. If I was 5'8" with size 10 shoes I'd be much happier
