Trans publications?

I know there's a lot of trans-related ezines out there, but I'm wondering if there's any fiction (or non-fiction) publishers.
I've had a few story ideas floating around my head for a while now, and I'm really hoping to get writing again soon.

The only trans-specific publishers I see on the list are Homofactus Press, Outpost Press, and Way Out Press, but there are a number of others that include trans.

If you publish e-books you can do that yourself without a publisher as well.

I'm actually mainly looking for open anthologies and things like that. I haven't written something long in years, all I'm really able to do anymore is short stories.
