I've gotten back on a schedule, and come campus I'll have the gym again.
Since I've been working out, I could throw out some tips for you guys. The first being to schedule your days. Personally I use my Blackberry to schedule sleep time, food, and exercise, and I use a similar scheduling program on my computer, called Pimero, to keep up my academic schedule, classes, study time, etc. It really helps when you get into a daily or weekly routine.
