Just a warning about all the unneeded stuff like supplements to your heart. I was at my medical aid stataion last week. Still on active duty military. Well the nurse was doing EKGs on folks. She said that a lot of all that stuff can do damage to your heart and if taken over a long time that damage is forever. Two of the guys were on supplements and their EKGs were bad, really bad. She also said that energy drinks will do the same thing.
Protien is good but watch what else in it it. For the most part you can cut weight by doing plenty of cardio and watching what and how you eat. Six small meals a day and plenty of water naturally boost the metabolism. Theres no magic pill to weight loss and if so its not going to be worth the damage to your body.
