I'm 22 and I've already lost the benefits of starting early, not to mention that I am no where near hormones yet. Makes me sad sometimes
I think 19 and 22 is not a big difference, but if you compare to early teens then that's a drastic difference. Early 20s is not bad! I've known people that transitioned about your age and turned out looking drop dead gorgeous!!! Never give up, evev IF you have some masculine features, they will soften up alot with hormones as seen in my pics, if you're not satasdied there's always surgery. My suggestion is to obtain hormones ASAP, talk to you doctor about it... You can even get it yourself... (I can PM you bout that)

Surgery (LOL), you are So beautyful
I have 18 years, and i noticed my face more masculine in 1 year, i gonna speak whit my psychiatrist
about anti-T , it is how to stop the time!! WAO
or is it late? what you think?
I think you look pretty fem already! More fem than my before , I really understand the fear of getting further masculinized before taking hormones, when my adam apple got more prominent and facial hair starts to thicken.. That really freaked me out

. I think once the hormones kick in for some time, and growing your hair long you will pass no problem

And no it's not too lated I started spiro about your age (I changed to androcur now).
