With apologies to the guys, is there anyone interested in motivating eachother as workout buddies. Its great that we have the weightloss check in, but I'm hoping we can motivate eachother with exercise. I thought about asking if I could join in with the guys, but we have different needs and most of all I don't want to invade their space.
I did a "boot camp" earlier this year and it was awesome for getting in shape. So I'm thinking we can post progress like faster/longer runs, etc and motivate each other that way.
Any other ideas or am I just shouting in the wind?
