The first one I bought from them took about 2 weeks to show up and have the money taken out, it happened after I'd already gotten the binder. The second and third however (I've switched banks since) came out almost immediately

You aren't supposed to be charged I until it is shipped. Call them, I called them a few years a go and they had good customer service.
