I broke up with my ex-girlfriend about a year ago. The reason is because I realized that I was trying too hard to be with someone I have no feelings for (that's another story we'll save for later). After we broke up we had some fooling around moments but I ended that very quickly because the more time I spent with her the more annoyed I got with her. I also realized I was hurting her by giving into her like that. So I cut off all contacts, deleted her from my facebook, ended up changing my number, etc.

Since my birthday (July 21) I guess she finally realized that I deleted her off of facebook (this was about 11 months after we broke up). She was trying to wish me a happy birthday on my wall yet ended up not being able to. So she sent me a friend request and then messaged me happy birthday. I accepted the friend request in hopes that she won't notice that I'll delete her again. I thanked her for the b-day wishes and deleted her.

Well I guess she was trying to access my profile again because she then sends another friend request. This time with another message, "Hehe, I guess you never added me back as a friend on facebook. Weird. I thought you did! :) " So I did the same thing. I added her, waited a day and deleted her.

...I believe you can see where this story is going.

She attempts to add me again. This time I told her straight out "Hey, I know we had a thing before but I'm sorry it's just over now. It's not like I don't want to be your friend but honestly, I don't see the point in re-adding you as a facebook friend. I want to be direct and honest as possible, I don't see myself being able to hang out with you or anything. You're a good person. It's just me. I hope you understand."

She then responded. "K sorry to bug you. I'll leave you alone now. Bye."

So I thought that took care of the problem. I was being honest. I was direct. She might not have liked the respond, but she got the point. Done, over, I can move on with my faceobok life.

Nope.

This morning as I was getting up to go to work, my phone goes off informing me that I have a friend request on facebook. Once again it's from her this time accompanied with a message, "Hey, I don't know what's up with facebook but you're not my friend on here any more. lol! I hope you didn't take me off..."

And that was that. I'm thinking about just ignoring it, leaving it alone. That or telling her that I have moved on with my life, there's no chance for her and I again in the future, that I have another girlfriend, and that I would really like her to stop trying to stalk me. That or I'll just block her. But honestly, I hate blocking people unless they're spammers.

I have just been informed by a friend that I met through my ex that she was asking to view my profile through their facebook account. WTF!!! Seriously?! It's not listed that I have a girlfriend on my facebook or anything but...what the hell is up with this woman?! Gawhhhhhhh!!! I think I'm getting more pissed than annoyed now.
