Strong premarin E will give you hot flashes, just a strange feeling, all of a sudden you just get hot then in a little while it goes away. Never had any cold flashes???

  Not yet, I am sweating more and a bit sluggish due to the spiro though.  I have some depression spots, but they last no more than 4 hours.  Before the HRT the depression durations lasted as much as 4 months.
