OK this is the deal. I'm a size 14b in a normal bra size. but i wear a size 10 sports top to bind without any breathing problems. if anything it puts my ribs back in place and keeps my spine in alignment. and i can take it of and put it on no worries. breath fully as i normally can. but after wearing it the muscles around my ribs hurt and i have trouble breathing. i normally bend over and cough before and after i put on the binder. and after i take it of. but once its off i feel like theres something tighter around my ribs and diaphragm. and occasionally i have to do a quick full breath in to get rid of the feeling.  if i bind for a day it lasts about a week. if i bind for two it lasts longer and my muscles hurt. also I'm very active so on average i walk 6 hours a day around town wearing it. it really doesn't seem tight. i have a spare size 8 but that's restricted for when i loose a few pounds. in my size 10 i breathe comfortably. i would like some op pinions of what I'm doing wrong. is it too tight or am i just weak in my lungs... thanks
things dont change, they merely rearange into that which they already are.
