It depends. For instance, my T levels started somewhere between 550-580. After four months (Feb-June) my T levels were less than 10, which I understand is "unmeasurable". Each person is different, each person will react to the changes differently, you can't really base your own expectations on anything anyone else says. Not much has changed developmentally for me since Feb, whereas other girls have had major changes in that time frame and have much higher levels of T and lower levels of E than me. Things will happen, you just have to be patient. Unlike a friend of mine who has been on hormones barely longer than a hear and has already gone through SRS, FFS, and BA with many revisions. If you rush things the results will look, well, rushed!
As far as discussing dosages, that's a bit taboo here as it promotes self medication. Discuss your dosages with your doctor and they should be willing to work with you. Think of the first four months as a bit of calibration. It's hard to know how much is too much, or how little is too little the first time through.
