Need T and/or therapy resources for a friend

Friend of mine is moving to Pittsburgh and is seeing a therapist in Westlake (near cleveland, OH) but can't continue to see that therapist since he's moving. He would like to know if there are any gender therapists or therapists who do T letters in Pittsburgh, PA. Also he needs resources for T, whether its informed consent or with a letter in Pittsburgh. Any help would be appreciated, I will forward any info to him
