My first official ftm group "new topic". holla

how often do you guys change out your binder?
I only have one at a time, usually, because I'm broke but the last one I had lasted for about 7 months until it was too stretchy to do any good. Is that normal?
I wear mine about 13 hours a day

I wear a binder 24/7, I buy 3 at a time. And switch them out to wash them as needed. But I just recently did this. Before I only had one, it would probably last about a year or so before it would stretch out to a point I didn't feel as comfortable in it. I wear an Underworks 983 (Tri-Top) Xsmall.

I've had my binder for a year now, it's holding up, but I definitely need a new one. I wear it all day, everyday. Sadly, I have no money with which to buy a new binder, and I'm not about to ask my parents if they would buy one for me. :(

In the summer I bought one XS tri top every month...in the colder months...every two months...but I also wear 3 at a time, two stretched out ones on the bottom layer and the newest, tightest one on top

I do not recommend this.

I have 9 binders -- 6 white & 3 black.  I wear mine every day for at least 13 hours a day.  I wear compression shirts 24/7 - except showering.  I buy them 3 at a time about every 4 months.  I wear mine a miniumum of 2 days in a row - airing at night -- typcially 3 days.   I wash them each week (the ones I have worn)  My oldest ones I wear when I am going to get physcial in.

The only two binders I currently have are over a year old. One of them is really stretched out and I often use when I'm working out at the gym, the other one I didn't use as often so it still binds very well. I'm going to have to buy a whole bunch of new ones soon, hopefully they will last me longer than a year this time around if I buy them in bulk.
