The closest to this I can think of is a movie called Ma Vie en Rose (My Life in Pink). It's a French film from, I think, the mid-90s, about a 7-yr-old mtf. If you can get ahold of it, it's a great film.

"If you want to criticize my methods, fine. But you can keep your snide remarks to yourself, and while you're at it, stop criticizing my methods!"
