Extra Small or Small?

I feel it's just making sure that you don't wear it too high and it helps to hang the shaft on the left or right instead of right over the balls. But if your undies are very loose, then I can imagine it'll stand out a bit. As long as you wear normal fitting boxer briefs it'll be fine.

I'm also thinking of castrating mine (or half of the balls anyway) when it's a bit worn out (so I can buy a new one) to see what it does.


The bulge with the 3,5 or 5 might look more or less the same to some but I'd just feel awkward packing so much I suppose. What was the average flaccid size again? A bit over 3 inches?
