This is a complicated question to ask but if someone born female was going to make it look like they have a penis where would you have to set the packer on the pubic area? Where the pubic bone is or further down?

The penis I still have is attached below the pubic bone, in between it and the perineum.

And if you still can't figure it out. I believe the middle of the shaft should 'sproud' somewhere where your lips start, so to say.

They sit pretty low. Consider that a penis is a clitoris with more testosterone, so that's where it would go.
