Is there a stp out there for those of us that well when we pee its large flow?

whiz easy (which is technically advertised for women) is good/easy wit that from my experience, tho i dont have one rite now (as you know).. my friend let me check his out.. idc if thats gross

and you can put it into a packer like modify the packer
