Now, let me say that I wish whole-heartedly that we could be a society that accepts everyone and everything. However, we all know that a swift change in social climate like that will not be something that will happen overnight.

For the people who like to criticize others for being different and for being gay, black, a woman, for being rich, poor, and whatever else someone would use to consider someone different, maybe those people should look into themselves and see why it is they choose to hurt others.

It's a natural fact that human beings are not always trusting of things and people that are different. But most people after some time can find common ground with the thing, or things that has made them at first uncomfortable.
