Glad to hear it went well, Madi! ;D  (See what I did there?)  One thing I forgot to mention is that some technicians do start out on a lighter setting if it's your first time, in order to gauge your skin's reaction to treatment.  It was a full year before they bumped it up to the setting I got yesterday and last month, though it gradually increased over the year.

Lol, fantastic! And thanks, she says she expects there to be 7-8 sessions total. That won't be too bad considering they're only like $60 a session. :D I felt fabulous after I left the clinic. Like I could take on the world! Maybe this whole transition thing will not be very good for my ego. ;)

Good to hear Madi, did you use the LMX Cream? I had my first Chest and Abs LHR yesterday.

Hmmm, I'm not sure what she put on my face before and afterwards. Whatever it was, it was very cold! Right now I'm using aloe vera and Aquaphor.

I've had 2 laser sessions so far and i guess by reading most of your posts i've been lucky with the pain and the redness it causes. Yes it does sting but it's only for 30 mins max.  Been lucky as i'm prime for laser with dark hair and pale skin. Have to say though, we just 2 treatments i can see a difference :) xkxv

You'll get good results with Pale skin and dark hair. But get at least 4-6 treatments.
