He has a good reputation for SRS also BA, and his partner Dr. Rushpol does FFS, nose jobs also BA.
Dr. Rushpol also has a good reputation from what I could find out from the web.

Next --- I just would think with your current looks assuming its you in the avatar, you look so pretty and femme maybe you could save that money?! I think so.

As for BA, most all of your Sisters here would advise you to hang ten for AT LEAST 1 - 2 years on HRT, more over at your young age.

Just make sure you will stop T messing thing up for you by taking anti-androgens (AA) that is a must for all I can say.

AND PLEASE DO ALL WITH THE HELP OF AN ENDO!!
