I went out shopping explicitly for girl clothes yesterday for the first time (instead of hiding behind the internet). I've still yet to have the balls to buy knickers over the counter (which is a nice paradox

) but nearly all of the shop staff were very fine with me poking through the women's shelves and asking about clothes sizes. Only one funky clothes shop vibed me out of the door as soon as I went in there - the dragonet in charge radiated "you don't belong in here" so I resolved to flee, and return again when I'm feeling more robust, and carefully fail to buy any of their gear as revenge

.
I'm starting to get a better sense of what I want to be wearing - my main problem at the moment is trousers, what with me being a 33" inside leg and having a manbum still, it's hard to find trousers that I feel happy in. But I'm having a great (and not cheap) time buying tops

. Sea Salt FTW!! (A bit of a rubbish speckly phone photo, and I look more chubby-faced than I am (honest!) but... loving the colours!)
