is there any way to get ur boobs to shrink? at least a cup or two? i have d's and i know it'd be alot easier to hide them if i had a's or even b's for that matter. i bind... but it doesnt always get as flat as i'd like. :( my boobs cause the worst of my dysphoria. and they're really starting to bug me. ALSO i'm pms'ing and they swell... it's agrivating. i started dieting and exercising and they started getting a little smaller... but i quit my diet and they're back to huge again. :( help.

they will shrink if you reduce your overall body fat or go on T. they're also easier to bind if you DON'T work out your pecs.

Going on T is the surest way to do so. The body doesn't typically reduce breast fat until a person drops their body fat percentage below 11-12% (to put it into perspective, fitness models are typically at 15% body fat, reducing it to lower without being on T can cause health issues). It's one of the last fat deposits to go, unfortunately.

Over time (different for everyone), T changes the consistency/softness meaning that binding becomes easier/stuff becomes easier to flatten out without as much "resistence" that can make binding not as effective pre-T as post-T. But like everything, it takes time.

Well, they don't shrink, even on T.
But they get a lot less dense and much softer,
So binding is a lot easier.
Even at four months, it's easier to bind for me than it's ever been.
I struggle with my chest dysphoria as well.

I heard about a product called Bamitol which is used in Mexico to remove fat from the legs of farm animals.... a guy on YouTube recommended it as a way to reduce chest size:

Check that out if ya want.

Only problem is that I don't know where or how to acquire it outside of Mexico.......
