I'm super duper excited because I will be having FFS in the next few months, something I never expected to happen so soon.

I will be having surgery with Dr. Zukowski.  His work is very impressive and I believe he is the best surgeon for me.  I have no doubt in my mind that I will love my results.

I requested time off from work which they approved.  I didn't go into details, of course.   Their reaction when I get back should be interesting.

If anyone here has had FFS with Dr. Z, I would love it if you share your experience or pictures with me?  I've been trying for ages to join the FFS-support group but have not gotten a response as of yet.

Thanks everyone for reading this and I'll definitely share my post-op results.

Congrats on your upcoming surgery.

5 months ago I had FFS with Spiegel and totally love me new face.  I took 6 weeks off work to recovery.  Could have gone back after 3 weeks, but I decided I would take the full 6 weeks of Short Term Medical Leave - paid at 100%.  You will get some good tips on recovery from my video links below:

3 week post-op

Good luck and hope you have a speedy recovery.

Hi Jamie...

Thanks for sharing!  I actually came across your videos a few days ago while browsing YouTube.  It's great to hear you love your results.  I think you came out lovely.

Wow, 6 weeks and paid at 100%?!?!  That's amazing!  I requested 3 weeks but I think that will be enough as I don't do any strenuous work.  I just hope I'm not too bruised up when I go back.

Thanks for the well wishes!

Jen
