Sam-

I haven't had a name change done yet. My given name is Samantha, I've always gone by Sam and I will just change it to that, or possibly Samuel if my parents are cool with that. Not sure what I'll do with my middle name, it's feminine for sure. I'll probably change it to Ryan, which is far away from what it is now but it's a name I've always been attached to. I'll keep my last name.

Lee

I'm planning on keeping my last name.  Lee is a different spelling of my middle name.  Depending on how my parents feel it's either going to be my first or middle name.  I'm thinking that I might like Connor as a first name when I look more passably male, but that's unrelated to my birth name.  I'm going to give my parents a fair amount of input, so we'll see what happens.
Oh I'm a lucky man to count on both hands the ones I love

I haven't done any permanent things, but I've been thinking of making my first (male) name into my middle name, so people who knew me before could more easily cope and wouldn't feel so bad for calling me by my old name (which I don't necessarily hate, but I DO NOT want to be called Jamie). Besides, I think Sadie James has a nice ring to it. There's a good chance I'll change my mind later when it actually matters, though.

Anyone else feel guilty about not having had to change their name? Just Google imaged my first name and got a page full of turkish models in hijabs and assorted armenian ladies. ;D

I kept my middle and last names and changed the first.

But I kept the same initials.

Yes and no. I'm going to turn my first name into my surname. It's a nice name, I've always liked it, but it's a girl's name and not "me". However, it does work as a surname and sounds good with my chosen first names, which are all new.

Plus this way if someone calls me by my old name I can brush it off as them being formal and addressing me by surname  :P

As soon as I turn 18 I'm changing my name from Chris to Hannah :)

Mahsa Tezani

Having OCD, my first name and has the name number of letters as the former.

I took my father's last name which was Tezani, as opposed to my Mother's last name of Mitchell. I'd never keep a version of the old boy name, as I don't want anyone else to associate the old name with the feminized new one.

I'm keeping my middle name, but making it my first name and changing it a little to make it more feminine. From Kristian to Kristina.

Not sure what i'm going to do with my given first name. I might turn it into a middle name. Although I already have a second middle name.

I'm keeping my last name.

My name is nothing like my old male name, however...I did manage to keep my initials the same.

If you only know yourself, but not your opponent, you may win or may lose.
If you know neither yourself nor your enemy, you will always endanger yourself.
