I was born in Washington state. I have live in 9 of the state in the US and on both the Pacific and the Atlanic Coasts in the South and the North. and now I live pretty much in the middle. That would be Oklahoma. I joke and say I'm part Gypsy.

I live in Azusa, a suburb of Los Angeles.  I live in canyon surrounded on three sides by mountains, so it doesn't feel like I live in one of the largest cities in the country.

Chaunte:

My Mom was  born in Lemburg Saskatchewan,  later moved to Candiac  and came to Ontario when she was a  very young girl.   I was born in Ontario, so guess that makes me a bit of an easterner.

Good ole USA I guess. Been in umm like 28 states that I can actually recall.. though the count is probably higher by 10 or so..

Also Mexico, Belize and Guatemala...

Thinking maybe a tour of Europe and Asia is in order...

Southwestern New York is where I have my home.  Right in the corner near Pennsylvania.  There's a good sized lake nearby.  I grew up in NYC and moved here with my first wife.  She moved back, without me, a year and half later!  It's still a great place to visit (My mom lives an hour outside the city) and I still wouldn't want to live there.

I like it here but it's too far from my therapist (140 mile drive!) and way way way too republican >:(.

Well, geographically SF is in Central California.  Spiritually it's Northern  ;) ...And it's my home town.  Can't afford it anymore....

It's more of a when rather than a where. What it is one of the two (semi-)supertcontinents along with Laurasia when Pangea broke up about 200 mya...

jan you turn everything into a song - must be a Muso thing :)

as for Gondwanaland well ..   Australia is all that was left of it after Antartica finally split off.  But symoblically we carry on the heritage of Gondwanaland, when all the world was a better place :)   just ask the kangaroos & diprotodons (thou sadly its also a when as much as where question with them as well :(   )

Europe: Netherlands.... and I feel so blessed to live here... people tend not to be uptight here about anyone being 'different' (there has been a more conservative atmosphere recently, and more discrimination coming from religiously conservative immigrant communities)... few if any violent incidents againts TG's, no deaths
(of course there is the issue that the TG community here is too relaxed as a result, and takes this situation for granted... we should be more aware how blessed we are and work to keep it that way.

Edited to say: there has a been a trans murder recently in July in Amsterdam, it is on the remembrance website, but the police won't say if it was a transphobic hate crime; there is a possibility this was related to other murders on Thai prostitutes in Amsterdam. The reports on this incident are unclear.

NL, too, me. Utrecht, to be precise.
