This may appear a rather foolish question but I guess I'l ask anyway.
We didn't get cable until just this year and while I was channel surfing I came across this transgender documentary about transgenders in college. Since then I have watched this channel from time to time.
It seems most of the shows on Logo are gay, bi and lesbian.
Is there another channel where there may be more transgender related shows? Or, am I just maybe watching at the wrong times?
I enjoy the transgender stuff because I can relate to some of it but the other shows I don't have much interest in.
Any advice or information would be greatly appreciated.

Apparently the only thing interesting about transgendered people to TV programmers is the process of transitioning...after that, they don't seem to be interested in us anymore.    :-\

Yes, it is a shame that television executives would not want to put on a show that puts us all in a good light. They would all rather watch that tabloid trash like Springer or anything that insults and degrades us. That is why I was pleasantly surprised when I saw Montel's recent show on TSism, since it actually talked about things in an intelligent and informative manner. It was nice to see that sort of thing on TV and there should be more of it in my opinion.

Take heart.  Remember when blacks were always the bad guys?  It wasn't all that long ago.
Now they are heros!  I'm sure all of us can name several leading black actors.

Then it was the brown people.  They became the bad guys.  Now they are getting parts in primary roles.

Then it was the gay people. And now, they too are cool.

We just happen to be at the bottom of the barrel.
