Or the sickening feeling of constantly being wet in all sorts of skin folds and crevices down there, and also how the way it's all built causes pee to flow all over the butt sometimes when sitting to pee. The menstruation really is not the worst.

 Wraith and Sam I am with you two all the way, all the lose skin down there feels messy most of the time. I always felt wet and messy with pads and starting using tampons very quickly once I realized that they would keep the mess inside hopefully.  I heard of a few guys using these menstrual cups and liking them.  I looked into using one and could never do all the handling of my parts to get one in and then out again.  Oh to start T and end them and get some growth.
